ABOUT ME

I am a licensed clinical social worker, specializing in individual, couples and group treatment, and maintain a private practice in New York, NY.

With over twenty years experience as a therapist, I am currently in private practice, working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, addictions, and relationship.

Because this is a second career, I bring a wealth of life experience to my work. I was one of the first Presidential Scholars, and trained in classical chamber music at Juilliard School of Music in New York. I came back to my love of the study of the human psyche after my children entered college.

I am an interactive, reflective therapist. I provide support, insight and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methods and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each person. With respect and understanding, I work with each individual to help build the strengths and attain the personal growth we are committed to accomplishing.
